Kent Lanum, Paul Ogle Foundation President and CEO
– President and CEO of the Paul Ogle Foundation since 2007 as its first full-time leader. The Ogle Foundation is a 38-year old private non-operating foundation with nearly $66 million in assets; that makes it the Louisville Metro area’s 5th largest such foundation and ranked in the State of Indiana’s top 50 private foundations.
– Chairman of 1804, Inc, an IN/KY bi-state entrepreneurial center that seeks to support and grow the start-up ecosystem in the Louisville Metro region, looking for areas in which to provide advocacy between the two states and provide leadership to find the gaps and fill them with programming and support. This organization has a 3 -year partnership agreement with Elevate Ventures of Indiana in support of it mission in the region.
– Founding Board Member and currently a Director of Endeavor Louisville, since 2015. The 20-year old Endeavor Global network seeks to transform markets by supporting high-impact entrepreneurs. Endeavor is the only 501c3 non-profit that supports high-impact entrepreneurs around the world with a successful track record of assisting high value startup companies, creating jobs where they are founded and pays back to the startup community in which they reside with mentoring, programming and capital investments.
He holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University (1983) and both an MBA (1987) and a separate MA degree in Computer Resources & Information Management (2006) from Webster University. He has also held several technical industry certifications over the years as well as a past National Association of Securities Dealers Series 7 license.
